Our High School Equivalency (formerly GED) program offers adults who did not complete high school the opportunity to earn their high school credential.  There are four subject areas: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. Our program provides instruction in these four subject areas to help prepare you for taking the official GED® tests.

We are a diverse learning community with students of different ages and different backgrounds.  Our program has a student-centered focus designed to engage, motivate, empower and encourage success toward completion of the HSE diploma. We are committed to establishing a partnership between you, the student, and our College & Career Readiness Team. The keys to this partnership are collaboration, shared goal-setting, and communication.

Typically, classes are small, and students study at their own pace. Our instructors will strive to create a supportive classroom environment for you where your progress and successes are celebrated.

Building Bridges to a Sustainable Future

Our programs will teach you the basic academic and fundamental skills for tomorrow's jobs: problem solving, negotiating, organizing, creative thinking, listening and leadership.

College & Career Readiness Staff are available to support you in your transition to continued edcuation, workforce development and/or renegotiating your position in the workplace. We support will support  you in building bridges toward a more sustainable future through partnerships and collaborations established by the college.
